Do you offer free shipping?
You bet we do! Free shipping on all gift boxes and hampers over $150 to a single address! Now that’s a gift in itself right?
Can I specify a delivery date?
You can choose your preferred dispatch date at checkout, and we’ll do our best to time it for the perfect arrival! But since couriers like to keep us on our toes, we can’t guarantee an exact delivery date. If your gift is for a special occasion, we recommend selecting an earlier dispatch date—better early than fashionably late! , Drop us a message in the special instructions on the cart page, and we'll try our best to make it happen. If your gift happens to arrive early, don't worry—we can add a fun "No Peeking!" note.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! As soon as your gift box hits the road, you'll get tracking details to follow its journey. Plus, we'll send you a confirmation the moment it lands safely in its new home!
How soon will my order be shipped?
Wrapped, packed, and out the door! Order before 10am for same-day dispatch, or pick your preferred dispatch date at checkout—because good things come to those who plan ahead (or procrastinate… we don’t judge).
Do you deliver outside of New Zealand?
At the moment, we're just spreading the love across NZ!
Do You Deliver to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately, our current courier partner doesn’t deliver to PO Boxes. We recommend providing a physical address for faster and smoother delivery.
The difference between dispatch & delivery?
Dispatch means the date we ship it, not that it's magically delivered—couriers need their time too!
Do you offer same day Shipping?
Yes! we offer Same-Day Shipping to parts of the Waikato, Bay of Plenty & Auckland
Need it fast? We’ve got you covered with our Express courier service!
- Order before 10am for same-day dispatch.
- Delivery times: Late afternoon or early evening.
- GPS tracking & text updates (NZ mobiles only).
Same Day Delivery Areas:
- Waikato- (Hamilton, Cambridge, Huntly, Ngaruawahia) – $8 for orders over $150 | $18 for orders under $150
- Waikato- (Tirau & Te Kauwhata)- – $10 for orders over $150 | $22 for orders under $150
- Bay of Plenty- (Rotorua, Mt Maunganui, Papamoa) – $10 for orders over $150 | $22 for orders under $150
- Auckland- Residential addresses/ suburbs only - 6-9pm evening delivery- Departs Hamilton 1pm. $40 for gift hampers under $150 |

Note: Rural addresses aren’t included, and only 2 gift boxes per delivery.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Nope! Our gift boxes take weekends off. We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, with deliveries happening on those days too. If your order heads out on a Friday, it’ll kick back for the weekend and arrive the following week (delivery times vary by location).
Do Gift Hampers with Alcohol (the good stuff) need to be signed for?
Yes! All gift boxes with alcohol require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure that someone over the age of 18 is available to sign for the parcel.
No ones going to be home? No worries! A work address works wonders.
If no one’s around to sign, we can’t be held responsible for delays. A calling card will be left with details to arrange redelivery or to pick up your gift from a local collection point.

Can I customize a gift hamper
Our gift hampers are expertly curated for maximum "wow"—but if you want to add a little extra magic, we've got you! Browse our add-ons section to personalize your gift or reach out, and we'll help make it even more special.
Where do I write my message for the card?
You can add your card message on the product page right before you hit “Add to Cart.” It’s easy to find and ensures we include your thoughtful words with the gift!
How are your cheeses packaged?
To keep your cheese as fresh as possible, we dispatch all cheese orders on Monday & Tuesday to avoid them sitting in transit over the weekend.
Each cheese is carefully packed in an insulated thermal box designed for chilled items, complete with 4 ice gels to maintain the perfect temperature. This thermal box is then placed inside your gift box, alongside all the other goodies.
Please note: We’re unable to deliver cheeses to rural addresses at this time.

What should I do if I need to change my order?
No worries—life happens! If you need to make any changes to your order, just give us a shout before it’s shipped, and we’ll sort it out. Once it's on its way, we can't make any changes, but if you’ve had a change of address, we can notify the courier to try and reroute it—though we can't guarantee the new address will be sorted in time. Fingers crossed!
What payment methods do you offer?
We keep it simple with:
- Credit Card – Visa, Amex, and MasterCard accepted
- Internet Banking – We’ll send you our bank details, but please note that your order will only be dispatched once the funds clear.
