Sent to my son and family in Wellington as a surprise from Mum in UK this was the second time I’ve used this company and it was well received by them especially my grandson who rather enjoyed his treats and the lovely box they came in is now used for his car collection
Ordering process was good, but clearly feedback system isn't, as my orders are not due for delivery until later this month and are Christmas gifts, so I won't be able to comment on the hampers themselves!

I was overseas when it was my dad’s birthday. Our time difference is so far out it affects days so naturally I was out of sync when remembering it was his birthday. I am so very grateful to have had this option, alongside the rapid response, delivery and personal confirmation text. Quite pricey though but I was desperate.
No notifications that the parcel was sent. No tracking information. No confirmation of delivery.

Very helpful service ordering the gift but the email advising me of it's delivery was incorrect as it actually didn't arrive until late the next day!
My daughter loved her gift from how it had been wrapped to the treats inside.
Message received from my Father who was the Recipient.
"Yesterday a large box of assorted treats arrived by courier for fathers day. It was like an Aladdins cave! This should last me till next years fathers day! Thank you."
Everything was fine from your end delivered late on the Friday for my sisters 70th birthday but reception at the Bupa home failed to deliver to resident finally called late on Saturday 7.30 to check to see where it was and was told that it was receptions job to take to resident and that would be on Monday, you can imagine my response, thankfully there was nothing perishable in the basket.
Great variety of products and then super fun coms as it was sent out. Gift recipient was impressed with presentation and quality
