What payment methods do you offer?

We will provide you with our bank account details, please note that your order will not be delivered until the funds clear our account.
Can I open an account?
Yes if you are a business or organisation please contact us to discuss this further.
How will my gift be packaged?
Your gift will come presented in one of our black or white gift boxes, finished with a decorative belly band, complimenting ribbon and one of our standard gift cards.
It will then be packaged in a protective shipping carton for the courier.
Where do I write my message for the card?
You can do this on the product page, as you're choosing which gift to send.
How do I know if you have received my order?
After you have placed our order you will receive a confirmation email.
Can I specify a delivery date?
Yes as you go through the checkout this is a required field, please make sure you have read the deliveries page to ensure your order can be delivered on the specified date. If you have selected a date but have placed your order after the 11am cut off time for the day, It will be dispatched the next business day.
We always do our best to have your gift arrive on the specified delivery date but as we use a third party delivery service we cannot 100% guarantee this.
Do you deliver on weekends?
NO all our order are dispatched Monday to Friday and are delivered Monday to Friday. If your order is dispatched on a Friday it will not arrive until the following week, depending on the delivery area.
