All our prices are in New Zealand dollars, they include packaging & a standard gift card.
Published prices are all you pay other than delivery costs as advertised on this site.
All orders containing alcohol will have to be signed for upon delivery by a person over 18 years of age.
If the recipient looks under 25 valid identification must be show. Such as passport, drivers license, or 18 plus card.
Alcohol will not be left with intoxicated persons and will not be left at the door if no one is home.
Depending on the courier company they will either leave a calling card or try re delivery later.
Once the gift has been collected from our depot by the courier company, the delivery time and date is out of control.
We can't be held responsible for deliveries not arriving on the requested delivery date.
We dispatch our goods in good faith based on the time frames given to us by the courier company.
At the moment we deliver New Zealand Wide.
We don't offer weekend delivery
Please allow 1-3 days after payment is received, for deliveries to Towns and Cities. Rural addresses you need to add another 2-3 days to the above 1-3 days.
The only exception to this is if the specified delivery date is to be at a later date
In the event that your Gift Box is not received, please contact us as soon as possible so we can track your order. (All queries need to be lodged within 5 working days to us).
If you have given us an incorrect address we are more than happy to redeliver your order. At an additional delivery charge; we are not responsible for deliveries if the recipient at the time of delivery isn't at the delivery location.
As the customer, you must make sure that the recipient will be at the location on the date given, on the order for delivery. And the courier driver will be able to deliver the gift if the recipient of the gift is in a secured building. Gift boxes can be left at the address in the safest place possible place on your instruction to leave providing the gift doesn't contain alcohol.
If the incorrect delivery charge is selected when using our checkout, we reserve the right to charge the difference to your account without confirmation.
Shipping charges, other than for damaged items or incorrect orders will remain the responsibility of the purchaser and the responsibility of returning goods (other than those damaged) remains the purchasers risk until the goods are received by us.
Once an order has been delivered to the intended recipient in accordance with the customer's delivery instructions, the customer and/or intended recipient assumes full responsibility for the products.
Wickedly Indulgent Gifts is under no obligation to accept an order. Once the order is accepted, delivery will be made to the intended recipient. Full payment is required before an order will be delivered.

In the unlikely event a listed product is unavailable. We reserve the right to substitute a product with equivalent or higher value.
We may not contact the sender as this may delay the order from being delivered on the requested date.
Product sizes and Weights
Some listed product weights may change due to the manufacturers without notification to Wickedly Indulgent Gifts.
All our weights and sizes are a general guide and listed in good faith.
All allergen information is provided in good faith and may be changed by the manufacturer without our knowledge.
It is the consumers responsibility to check food based on there allergies before consuming.
By accepting our terms and Conditions you are agreeing to be on our mailing list, you will receive an email in which you can unsubscribe at any time.
To keep you up to date with specials, new products etc, we will retain your Name, Address and other contact details on file and send you newsletters of special offers. We will not give your name or details to any other person or company. If you wish to be removed from our mailing list please email us at email@example.com and say “remove from list”
We do not store any credit card details.
After placing your order, if you then wish to cancel your order. We are happy to offer a full refund back via your method of payment (less a $10.00 administration charge). If your order has already been dispatched we wont be able to offer a refund.
If you have paid via credit card the funds will reappear in your account 5 working days later.
