We dispatch Monday to Friday, sending gift boxes to Christchurch and the wider Canterbury region via fast, reliable, and fully trackable courier delivery.

Most gifts arrive within 2–3 working days after dispatch (excluding the dispatch day), but we recommend allowing a little breathing room just in case the courier gets distracted by Canterbury’s wide-open roads or a particularly good bakery stop.

• FREE standard delivery for orders over $150

• $18 flat-rate delivery for orders under $150

• Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days (excluding dispatch day)

• Choose your preferred dispatch date at checkout for perfect timing

Sending to a rural address in Canterbury? Please allow an extra 1–3 business days. Beautiful scenery… slightly slower couriers.

And if anything goes off-track? Don’t worry — we’ll be tracking that parcel like a snack-obsessed hawk until it lands safely at its delicious destination.

No worries, we’ve got it all sorted! If the recipient isn’t home when the courier knocks, the delivery driver will usually:

  • Leave the parcel in a safe spot at the property
  • Or leave a “Sorry we missed you” card with instructions to reschedule or collect

BUT if your hamper includes a little boozy treat (hello, wine, beer or bubbly!), it will need a signature from someone 18 or older. That’s a legal requirement, so in those cases the courier won’t leave it unattended. If no one's home, they’ll leave a card to arrange redelivery or pickup. So make sure someone’s around, preferably with ID, or a work address works wonders.

Definitely. Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email so you can follow your gift box’s journey all the way to Christchurch. You will also receive a notification once your gift has been delivered.
