• Most Gift Hampers to residential addresses are delivered in 1-2 working days, but please allow 1-3 working days for delivery to Dunedin Monday to Friday. Excluding the day of dispatch. E.g if your hamper is dispatched on Monday it should be delivered Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday at the latest.
• Place your gift box order before 10am (Mon-Fri) for same day dispatch to Dunedin & Otago.
• Free standard delivery to Dunedin & Otago for gift hampers over $140 to one delivery address. $18 Delivery on Gift Hampers under $140
• Choose your preferred gift box dispatch date at checkout*
• Gift boxes to Rural Dunedin & Otago suburbs can take an extra 1-3 business days to be delivered.

*As we use a 3rd party courier service we cannot 100% guarantee that your gift box will arrive within our given timeframe, however 99% of the time it will. We track all orders closely and will follow up with the courier if we don't see regular delivery updates. Occasionally your gift may arrive earlier than expected, as we like to take a pro active approach (when possible) if we are experiencing delivery delays to Dunedin & Otago.
